This car purchase was an usually pleasant experience.  Larry Berger was friendly, helpful and very professional.  He was able to answer all of our questions and provide many important additional insights.  Larry kept in touch by e-mail after our first visit, but there was never any pressure.  We had never owned an Audi or even visited an Audi dealership, but now I would say we are Audi enthusiasts!

Karl, Minerva, and Chad were extremely patient and accommodating as I went back and forth between car colors and features.  This also being that it was after closing on a Sunday night.  The entire staff was open and honest in regard to the peppering them with questions concerning car performance, reliability, financing options, and service after the sale.  Did I mention that their warm accommodating manner continued after closing?  Thank you – thank you!

I called to ask a question and was directed to the wrong department (service). The call rolled to his cell phone but instead of just telling me I had the wrong department, he physically walked to the parts department and handed the other associate his phone to use. Both gentlemen were exceptionally helpful and pleasant!!! A+++ service!

It was my first experience with Jeff Bradberry & he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpfull. He wasn’t in the Service area while I was there yesterday, but I was VERY glad to see that A.J. is back. You lost me as a customer for a while when I found that he’d left, but now that he’s back – so am I. I think he’s the best Svc Mgr I’ve ever run into & I’m definitely willing to drive some extra minutes to deal with the best.
